Festivities are already under way at Presley's Graceland home in Memphis, where activities include special tours, film screenings and dances.Government officials were on hand for the proclamation of the annual Elvis Presley Day in Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. The ceremony included a special birthday cake-cutting with Elvis' daughter Lisa Marie Presley and his ex-wife Priscilla Presley.
