Adron Chambers singled in a run in the top of the 11th and Tyler Greene followed with an RBI double as the Cardinals slipped past the Phillies 4-2. Yadier Molina clubbed a solo homer for St. Louis, which has won three straight. Kyle McClellan picked up the victory out of the bullpen while Fernando Salas notched his 24th save.
John Mayberry Junior doubled in a run for Philadelphia, which tied the game when Michael Martinez scored on an error in the ninth and relief pitcher Michael Schwimer took the loss for the Phils.
