A westplex man, serving probation in Warren County for felony offenses has been sentenced to prison because he would not obey the terms of his probation. 29-year-old Nathan Ashley of Wright City will have to serve the rest of his seven year sentence for cocaine possession. He pled guilty to the drug charge in August 2006 and was given probation, but he later admitted he used drugs and was arrested for drunk driving with a revoked license, so Judge Keith Sutherland revoked his probation and sent him to prison to get treated for drug abuse. He was given another early release and probation, but Warren County Sheriffs Deputies arrested him a year later for DUI on a revoked license. At this latest hearing, Judge Sutherland sent him back to prison.
