The Missouri Water Patrol reports a deadly day on the state's waterways.  Authorities say 22-year-old Bradley Burns of Warsaw disappeared from a dock where he was fishing with friends early yesterday morning at the Lake of the Ozarks.  Burns remains missing but is presumed drowned.  Then yesterday afternoon a canoe hit a log and capsized on the Meramec River in Steelville.  Nineteen-year-old Ashley Davis of Butler was trapped under the canoe and died despite friends' efforts to perform CPR.
