Police in Gasconade County are investigating the death of a person whose body was found in a ditch.  

According to KSDK.com, an unidentified body was found in a ditch in Owensville, Tuesday. The Gasconade County Sheriff's Department said the body was located between a Wal-Mart and McDonald's.

Police have not said if they suspect foul play in the case.  Further details about the victim have not been released.
