Another round of lane closures on the Daniel Boone Bridge connecting St. Louis and St. Charles counties has been announced for mid September.

The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the westbound lanes of  the Boone Bridge,  the weekends of September 10 through the 13 and September 17 through the 20.  The lane closures will allow for crews to make additional repairs to the structure. The closures will take place at 8 p.m. both Fridays and reopen by 5 a.m. the following Mondays.

The closures are expected to impact all drivers traveling from Chesterfield into St. Charles County those weekends, in particular fans heading to University of Missouri home football games those weekends.
