One man is dead and a teenager is hospitalized after a crash in Warren County, Thursday.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Erich Adler pulled out of a parking lot along Highway-47 in Marthasville into the path of an oncoming, southbound pickup truck.  Adler was killed in the accident and a passenger in his vehicle, 16 year old Jeremy Adler, suffered serious injuries.  The driver of the pickup, 20 year old Cody Williams wasn't injured.

The accident occurred at around 3 p.m.Thursday.
