Governor Matt Blunt will be at the Lake of the Ozarks today to sign a new boating safety law.  This will lower the legal blood alcohol limit on Missouri waters from point-one-0 to point-0-eight.  The new law also creates a nighttime speed limit of 30-miles-per-hour, applies sound level restrictions for vessels on all Missouri waterways and requires boaters to operate at idle speed within 100-feet of emergency vessels.  The law goes into effect on August 28th.
