The first two games for the River City Rage were white-knuckle, last-minute thrillers.  This past Saturday night, the Rage took the drama out of their formula for success.

The Rage enjoyed a relaxed cookout of the Omaha Beef 36-18, in their UIF game Saturday at the Family Arena in St. Charles.

Quarterback Anthony Fisher completed 12 out of 21 passes for 143 yards and 3 touchdowns, and wide receiver Hurtis Chinn caught two touchdown passes and had 81 yards receiving.  Defensively, Joe Bevins had 14 tackles; and placekicker Derek Kutz booted four field goals.

The Rage have a bye this week, before returning to action April 5th in a return visit with the Beef in Omaha.  The next home game for the Rage will be at 7:00 on Saturday, April 12th against Bloomington.
