Lindsay Lohan, the Freaky Friday star (and quite the little freak herself) was due to surrender herself for a three month jail term on Tuesday, but the latest news from the   Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is that her lawyer, famed attorney Robert Shapiro, has stopped representing the troubled star. So it’s not clear who will be escorting Lohan to the courthouse Tuesday morning.

On July 6th, Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to spend 90-days in jail followed by a 90-day stay at a rehabilitation facility. The actress’ request to surrender herself to authorities was honored and the judge named July 20 as the day Lohan was to report to jail. Last Wednesday, Lohan checked herself into a sober living facility owned by Bob Shapiro. During her stay, she received visits from friends and family, such as mom Dina, sister Ali, and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
