Actor Charlie Sheen was due in a Colorado courtroom Monday. TMZ.com reports that the 44-year-old actor will face a felony menacing charge, along with a misdemeanor assault charge, stemming from an alleged domestic dispute with wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day 2009.  Also today, a judge is expected to hear arguments from attorneys for Sheen and Mueller.  The couple's lawyers are working to relax the protective order prohibiting contact between the spouses.

The court appearance follows an eventful few days for Sheen. A car reportedly stolen from the "Two and A Half Men" actor went over the side of Southern California's Mulholland Drive on Friday.  Police are now searching for the suspect, or suspects, who took the black Mercedes-Benz sedan.  Spokesperson Bruce Borihahn with the LAPD says police have closed off portions of the area while the search for the suspect continues.   No one was found in the vehicle or in it’s the immediate vicinity.  Sheen was at home and not in the car, but he reportedly left the keys in the Mercedes and the garage open.
