Oprah's

show may not be the ratings juggernaut it once was, but her earning power has seen no drop, as she claims the top spot on the Forbes' list of Most Powerful Celebrities. The self-made billionare may seen a faulter in the reality show "Oprah's Big Give", but Oprah has much more on the horizon, including the Oprah Winfrey Network (partnering with Discovery Communications) which will debut next year, and she still has a three year deal worth $55 million with XM Satellite Radio.

Coming in at #3 is Angelina Jolie,

who despite the chaos that is her life still managed to make films, and give birth this year. Her new baby photos could bring the highest price tag ever seen for such an item. Odds are, she'll send the money to Cambodia.

At #4 is Beyonce Knowles.

With endorsements from L'Oreal and American Express bringing in $10 million annually, it is safe to say she didn't marry rapper Jay Z for his money. Her concert tour recently brought in $50 million alone. That's just one tour! At this point she is branching out into film, fashion, and publishing. Time will tell if anything can slow her down.

Finally for the females in the top 10, is J.K. Rowling.

The author of the Harry Potter series is seeing a new high in popularity that authors rarley see. This is made all the extraordinary by the fact that prior to "Harry", she was a destitute single mother on welfare.  All told at this point, her books have sold in excess of 375 million.
