After three years of nervous anticipation, the Blues have signed their first round draft pick of 2005, T.J. Oshie.

The 21-year-old forward will be officially introduced at Scottrade Center this morning.

Following the 2005 draft, Oshie played three years for the Fighting Sioux of North Dakota before agreeing to terms with the Blues on Monday.  The 6-foot, 190-pound center was among the finalists this year for the Hobey Baker Award, given to the top collegiate player.

Joining Oshie today will be the Blues first round pick from last year, Lars Eller.  The 19-year-old was taken at #13 in 2007.  He played last year in the Swedish Elite League and competed in the 2008 World Championships for Team Denmark .
