Warren County Fair Announces 2008 Entertainment Line-Up

The Warren County Fair Board has a special Christmas gift for Westplex residents...two top name entertainers to headline the 2008 Warren County Fair.

Country music legend John Anderson will be on the mainstage on Friday, July 4.  Anderson, best known for his huge country hit "Swingin'", released his newest album "Easy Money" on Warner Bros./Raybaw records, last May.  The album was produced by John Rich of the hit country duo Big & Rich.  Anderson has had 60 charted country singles including 5 number ones and 15 top tens.  Some of his othe big hits include "Black Sheep", "I'm Just An Old Chunk Of Coal", "Straight Tequila Night" and "Seminole Wind".

Opening for Anderson will be country newcomer Eric Church.  Church's debut CD on Capitol/Nashville titled "Sinners Like Me" has already yielded 4 top 20 singles..."How 'Bout You", "Two Pink Lines", "Guys Like Me" and the title track.  Eric recently toured with rock legend Bob Seger as his opening act and the video for his newest single "Lightning" is already one of the most requested on CMT and GAC.
