The Lincoln County Fair Board has announced an all-star entertainment line-up for this year’s fair, which will take place July 8 through July 12.
On Tuesday, July 8, the fair will welcome one of country music’s hottest new bands,
Whiskey
Falls.
Since debuting on the charts in mid-2007,
Whiskey
Falls has been compared to the likes of the Eagles and Restless Heart due in large part to their tremendous harmony and they continue to build a huge fan base.
Their debut album features the hits “Last Train Running” and “Falling Into You”.
Country newcomer Tate Stevens will open for
Whiskey
Falls.
On Saturday, July 12,
fairgoers will be treated to music from country stars Steve Holy and Little Big Town.
Holy, who most recently had a number one hit with “Brand New Girlfriend”, will take the stage first.
His other big hits include “Good Morning Beautiful” and “Put Your Best Dress On”.
Little Big Town is currently touring in support of their latest CD “A Place To Land”, which was released late in 2007.
After languishing in
Nashville for several years, they finally hit it big in 2005 with the release of their hit single “Boondocks”.
Since that time, their album “The Road To Here” went platinum and yielded four top 20 singles.
